Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team and drive sales for our Store and eCommerce websites.

The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating social media videos and pictures using different design application to include Canva. You must have your own professional account on Canva, envato and others. We will not provide any professional accounts for these online apps. Voice over is a must from you.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads.
You will be responsible for generating sales within the first 2 week of your tenure and providing daily reports on progress, campaigns, and other relevant work.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create, Design and produce professional Social Media Content to include Text, Videos and Pictures for our products. All videos and pictures must match the resolution and size required for Meta Reels, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Posts, Facebook Posts. Twitter posts, Google Ads, Pinterest posts and other social media platforms.
2. Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads to drive sales and achieve business goals.
3. Conduct comprehensive keyword research and integrate findings into SEO strategies to enhance organic search performance.
4. Perform market competition analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the industry.
5. Analyze campaign performance data and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.
6. Generate sales for the store and eCommerce website within the first 2 week of employment.
7. Provide daily reports detailing campaign progress, metrics, and any relevant insights.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and platform updates.
9. Collaborate with the team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
10. Communicate effectively and be available online for a minimum of 4 hours each day, 6 days a week, to coordinate tasks and provide updates.
11. Identify and reach out to potential backlink opportunities to enhance SEO efforts.
12. Create and distribute high-quality content to attract natural backlinks.
13. Perform competitor backlink analysis and develop strategies to acquire similar links.
14. Optimize website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements for targeted keywords.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Expert or similar role.
2. Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, and Meta Ads.
3. Demonstrated ability to conduct keyword research and integrate findings into SEO strategies.
4. Experience in performing market competition analysis and staying current with the latest market trends.
5. Demonstrated ability to generate sales and achieve targets within tight deadlines.
6. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
7. Strong communication and reporting skills.
8. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
9. Reliable internet connection and availability to be online during specified working hours.

Additional Information:

The role is remote, and the employee will be expected to coordinate and report progress daily.
Salary is fixed at $200.00per month, paid through Guru at the end of each month.
The employee must be proactive, results-oriented, and committed to driving sales and achieving measurable results.
We require a minimum of 4  posts per week, 15 Stories per month, 10 Reels per month, on all of our social media outlets. Daily posts is crucial to the success of this business model.
