Edit Adobe AE file for video

I have the attached file in Adobe After Effects file. I need edits to it: they are:

1) Change the background Chinese streaming characters from Chinese characters to 1 and 0 constant streaming downward
2) Replace the 25 text placeholders with the words I choose
