I am looking for an experienced HVAC designer or MEP engineer to create permit-ready HVAC drawings for ERV system for a multifamily project located in Gardner, Massachusetts, USA. i have the architectural files already which were designed for a central system, but we need it to design a ERV system per apartment ( 14 apartments and 2 common areas)
Scope of Work:
REdesinn HVAC plans based on existing architectural PDFs/DWGs (14-unit multifamily building) keeping recommend Mini split system in place but redesign the ERV system
Perform heat load and cooling load calculations
Design ductwork, and ventilation layout including ERV sizing and distribution
Provide equipment schedules and specifications (already have a submittal files for the equipment we want to use
Generate control diagrams
Coordinate with architectural and structural plans for routing
Deliver final Revit or AutoCAD files + PDF sheets
Ensure compliance with Massachusetts State Energy Code, ASHRAE 62.2, IECC
Requirements:
Proven experience designing HVAC systems for U.S. multifamily buildings
Familiarity with ERV system integration
Ability to produce permit-ready drawings
Clear communication and updates during the project

If you are a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Massachusetts or have a partner PE, please include this in your proposal. If you are not licensed, I am willing to engage a separate PE to review and stamp.
