We are seeking an experienced and skilled ChatbotBuilder.AI developer to join our team on a project basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ChatbotBuilder.AI, including setting up and creating custom flows, managing complex integrations, and optimizing chatbot performance for various use cases.
Responsibilities:
- Custom Flow Design: Develop and implement custom chatbot flows tailored to client requirements using ChatbotBuilder.AI.
- Integrations: Set up and manage integrations with third-party tools and platforms (e.g., CRMs, e-commerce systems, APIs).
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance, ensuring seamless user experiences and high engagement rates.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve any issues with chatbot functionality or integrations quickly and efficiently.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of workflows, integrations, and customizations for client and team reference.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience with ChatbotBuilder.AI, including setting up, customizing, and optimizing chatbot flows.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and related technologies.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively within the chatbot and its connected systems.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with clients and team members.
- Portfolio: Please provide examples of previous chatbot projects developed with ChatbotBuilder.AI.
