What I want is:
1. Write the model in MATLAB, and validate it to obtain all the numerical results in the attached article(jia2021pp.pdf) (stress-strain curves and permeability curves) using the data from the article.
2. Write the model in C++, compile and integrate it in FLAC 3D. Validate the numerical results in the article (stress-strain curves and permeability curves) using the data from the article in FLAC 3D.
