We are currently seeking a focused Marketing Coordinator that will help in supporting marketing campaigns for our company. This position will be responsible for the coordinating and logistics as it pertains to marketing campaigns, trade shows, market research, marketing events and webinars. This position will also be responsible for monitoring marketing budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. The ideal candidate for this role is expected to have strong communication and writing skills for interacting and interfacing. As well as previous experiences implementing various marketing campaigns and promotions.

Job Responsibilities and Duties Are:

*Assisting in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts.

*Preparing marketing strategies, plans and objectives.

*Planning and organizing promotional presentations including webinars and updating calendars.

*Tracking sales data, maintains promotional materials inventory, maintains databases and prepares reports.

*Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements as needed with outside vendors.

*Planning meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling and coordinating requirements.

*Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials for distribution including presentations and marketing materials for promotional programs and campaign strategies.

Job Experiences and Skills Requirements Are:

*Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

*At least one year of experience in marketing.

*Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate clearly with various departments.

*Experience in project management and event coordination including timelines and successful execution.

*CRM software experience with Hubspot.

*Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

*Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

*Excellent organizational and computer skills including computer fluency in MS Office.
