About the Role:As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns that align with our clients’ goals. This role requires deep expertise in Google Ads, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping).
Conduct keyword research, write compelling ad copy, and implement A/B testing strategies.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to improve KPIs.
Analyze data and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand business objectives and campaign goals.
Stay up-to-date with platform updates and new advertising features.
Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
Proven ability to manage monthly ad budgets of $10,000 or more.
Strong understanding of Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
Ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make performance-boosting recommendations.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
