Hello, I am a General Contractor who is has started to develop the property my home is located on. I would like to design and build 2 additional homes and a mother in law suite. I have basic hand sketches that will be converted to CAD or desired program of your choice. Candidate applying should have full architectural knowledge of wall assemblies and be able to produce material-specific 3-d models. I will be working closely with you throughout the design process. Strong communication and Good portfolio showing similar experience is a must.
