We are a dynamic auto body shop looking to streamline and enhance our sales and marketing efforts through the power of HubSpot. Currently utilizing Asana and Google Forms to manage projects and capture leads, we are transitioning to HubSpot to centralize our operations. We are seeking a HubSpot Specialist who can leverage their expertise to optimize our sales and marketing processes, ensuring a smooth transition and effective use of the platform.


**Job Description:**

As a HubSpot Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform. Your main goal will be to replicate and enhance the functionalities of our current systems in Asana and Google Forms into HubSpot, creating a seamless, integrated workflow that supports our sales and marketing efforts.


**Key Responsibilities:**


- **HubSpot Management and Optimization:**

  - Customize HubSpot CRM to align with our business processes.

  - Migrate data and workflows from Asana and Google Forms into HubSpot.

  - Create and manage custom properties, workflows, and dashboards to support sales and marketing activities.

  - Develop and implement automated workflows for lead management, customer follow-up, and internal processes.

  - Optimize HubSpot functionalities to improve lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.


- **Sales and Marketing Support:**

  - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.

  - Utilize HubSpot’s marketing tools to create and manage email campaigns, landing pages, and forms.

  - Develop strategies for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing to enhance sales conversions.

  - Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot best practices and new features.


- **Reporting and Analysis:**

  - Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.

  - Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for leadership to track performance and ROI.

  - Continuously assess and refine HubSpot setup and workflows based on data insights and evolving business needs.


**Qualifications:**


- Proven experience as a HubSpot Specialist, with a strong understanding of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on process optimization and automation.

- Proficiency in custom coding within HubSpot (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) for creating customized solutions and functionalities.

- Strong project management skills, with experience in migrating platforms or data between systems.

- Familiarity with Asana and Google Forms, with the ability to translate their functionalities into HubSpot.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
