We’re seeking a skilled full-stack developer (or agency) to migrate multiple existing sites into a unified, efficient Next.js-based server setup. This includes setting up a custom control panel for site/content/app management and integrating a fully-featured email client (webmail style, not just mail routing).

Multiple sites across platforms (WordPress, custom HTML, legacy Node)
Domains include Geofroggy.com, PlaidLibs.com, SPLASHTag, and others
AWS + shared hosting mix
Some data APIs and AI endpoints in use
🛠️ What We Need:1. Migration to Next.js Server
Consolidate sites under a single optimized Next.js project (app router or hybrid)
Proper routing, dynamic pages, and scalability best practices
Maintain or improve SEO, metadata, structured content
2. Custom Control Panel / Admin UI
Secure login
Content and page management across projects
Configurable modules (e.g., badges, tokens, scavenger hunt setup, email templates)
Optional: GraphQL or REST API for easier integration
3. Integrated Email Client
Sleek, fast webmail interface
Unified inbox across domains
Smart folders, tagging, rules, AI auto-sorting (bonus)
Optional: Build atop open-source (e.g. Mailcow, SnappyMail, Rainloop) or roll your own
🧠 Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in Next.js (App Router + Server Actions), Tailwind, Node.js, and API development
Familiar with email protocols (IMAP/SMTP) and webmail integration
Experienced with modern devops (e.g. Vercel, Cloudflare, Docker, self-hosted Node)
Bonus: Can connect with OpenAI APIs or work alongside AI assistants
