- Dedicated to working closely with our Executive and Business Units in strategy formulation
- Dedicated to M&A deal sourcing, preparation of pitch deck, presenting to target companies and financial institutions, fund seeking, negotiation, deal closing, post-M&A integration, etc.
- Monitor short- and long-term funding needs and ensure that project milestones and goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
Roles and Responsibility:
- Focus on M&A and other investment activities, evaluation of value chain partners, vertical integration and other strategic initiatives.
- Take initiative for sourcing and screening of strategic investment opportunities, preparation of information memorandum, due diligence and management presentation, communication with strategic partners, etc.
- Support in developing the investment strategy and direct the establishment of appropriate policies and procedures to meet financial objectives.
Requirements:
- University degree in business or finance
- Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skill
- Ability to operate with a high degree of sensitivity and confidentiality and to comfortably manage multiple projects simultaneously in a highly dynamic environment
