An AI-powered answering machine that can take voice calls from clients.
The AI should be able to understand questions, collect key information from the caller, and log it in a structured format (e.g. name, contact details, reason for the call, any relevant notes).
The information should then be sent to me via email, app notification, or text message.
Should be where I could pick different voices
✅ Text Answering Service:
A text-based feature where clients can send questions via SMS or chat.
The AI should respond to common questions, collect key information, and send it to me (similar to the voice answering machine feature).
It should also log all conversations so I can follow up later.
Goals:
Save me time by handling initial client interactions.
Make sure I get all the necessary information to follow up personally when I’m available.
Provide a smooth and professional experience for clients.
