I've written a grant proposal for the NSF SBIR/STTR Phase I, but it was rejected. It involves a very unique technology in the data analysis and AI space, that should fit the NSF program's mandate, but I'm not experienced in writing this.
The reason for rejection was, "On reviewing your Project Pitch, we were unable to find a detailed description of a new high-risk technology innovation that you are planning to develop during the proposed Phase I project. Your pitch describes the technical objectives of your innovation, but not the specific R&D needed to achieve these objectives."
I'm looking for someone that can help me rewrite this and guide me through the approval process.
As a summary:
Our technology will innovate the economics and workflow around fielding research in fields such as psychology, sociology, biotechnology, clinical research, and market research. We have built the world’s first statistically-significant method of merging observational or behavioral data sets, without using a key or one-to-one relationship in the data - and will productize it into an application product.
