Required skills:
* Pixel perfect skill. You should compare the screenshot and mock ups side-by-side and using overlay tools to check that the result exactly matches the mockup.
* Tailwind.
* Figma. Convert Figma designs to pixel perfect pages or to enhance existing pages to be pixel perfect.
