Job Title: Part-Time Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Online)
Location: Remote (U.S.-Based Preferred)

About Us:We are a growing outpatient physical therapy clinic using QuickBooks Online for our accounting. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented bookkeeper to maintain accurate monthly financials, keep our books clean, and support smooth month-end reporting.

This is not a tax or CPA role — purely ongoing bookkeeping and monthly financial organization.

Responsibilities
Weekly transaction categorization in QuickBooks Online
Monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
Maintain accuracy and consistency in our chart of accounts
Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheet by the 10th of each month
Review A/R and A/P balances; flag items needing attention
Communicate any unclear transactions for clarification
Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA awareness (no patient data handled, but professional discretion required)
Preferred Experience
2+ years bookkeeping experience
Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Online
Experience with medical, healthcare, clinic, or service-based billing environments (preferred but not required)
Comfortable working independently and meeting monthly timelines

Tools We Use
QuickBooks Online
Gusto (Payroll runs bi-weekly)
Bank feeds & standard vendor billing (no cash handling)
Estimated Workload
Approximately 1-3 hours per month most likely
