Seeking a personal assistant who is able to take calls inbound and outbound for busy multi platform small business.
You must be available between 1 pm to 5 pm Central Standard Time during weekdays. this accounts for 20 hours in the week. Another 20 hours can be scheduled outside of these times based on your availability.
Daily tasks include :
- Connecting with project manager
- Taking down assignments and relaying to other team members
- Uploading photos to e-commerce platforms
- COordinating schedules and appointments
- Taking calls and routing professional versus customer information
- Cold calling pre-determined leads
- Following up with customers
- Taking messages and formatting correspondence documents
- Book keeping for accounts receivable and payable
- Organizing large scale mailing.
These are the software you will need to complete the jobs:
- Google Chrome
- Instagram application on a mobile device
- Teamviewer application
- Grammarly plugin for Chrome
- Stable internet connection
- Photo editing software such as photoshop or other.
Most importantly you have to be able to speak, read and write English fluently. These are some of the regular tasks that happen on a weekly basis aside from daily tasks:
- Video Conferencing with customers and other team members
- Followup calls and scheduling
- Promotional replies or correspondence
- Customer follow up and services
There is a lot of things you will learn about e-commerce and project administration in this role. It is a good starting point for marketing, human resources and small business development. If you are not familiar with tasks above please explain your willingness to learn and be trained.
