Graviton Prospect Data Research & List Building Specialist
Project Overview:Graviton is seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable individual to assist with prospect research, contact list building, and data preparation that supports our federal contracting lead generation campaigns.
We need someone who can pull, clean, and enrich prospect lists from public data sources and prepare them for use in targeted email and outreach campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Research and build prospect lists from sources like DSBS, USAspending, GovTribe, LinkedIn, and others
Enrich lists with verified contact details (emails, phone numbers, decision-makers)
Clean, deduplicate, and organize prospect data in Google Sheets or Excel
Segment lists by industry, certification, and other criteria as directed
Deliver clean, organized lists ready for use by our outbound campaign team
Communicate clearly and proactively regarding project status and any roadblocks
Required Skills:
Experience with B2B lead generation, prospect research, or contact list building
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (merging, deduplication, basic formulas)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured processes
Familiarity with federal contracting data (e.g., NAICS codes, DSBS) is a plus but not required
Reliable and responsive communicator
Preferred but not required: Experience managing outbound email campaigns through Lemlist, Instantly, Woodpecker, or similar platforms. Familiarity with list segmentation, email sequence setup, and campaign performance tracking is a plus.
