We are a Real Estate Investment Company in the St. Louis, MO market, looking to hire an experienced, driven and motivated self-starter to answer inbound calls, to prospect and qualify new clients for our Acquisition Managers. The hours for this position are 11:30am-3:30pm CST with possible expansion to 5:30pm CST in the near future. The applicant will be responsible for initiating first contact with leads, conducting follow up calls, and scheduling appointments for our team of investment professionals.
● The ideal candidate MUST:
● Have 1 year minimum prior experience in Inbound / Outbound Sales or Appointment Setting.
● Have 1 year minimum prior experience Virtual Assistance / Telecommuting.
● Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
● Possess a positive attitude and be able to work independently.
● Have a clear understanding of lead prospecting and lead/database management.
● Be able to work a minimum of 20-30 hrs per week.

$13.00 per Hour - Plus Bonus Structure
