Hi there 👋 We are a Real Estate company that represent buyers and sellers around the entire state of FL. We’re offering ONE open lead manager position to help scale both our company and your earnings through Seller and Buyer Acquisitions by managing incoming buyers and sellers of homes.  We generate the leads, pay for all the important business platforms and services.  Your job is to help close buyers and sellers.

 

What we’re looking for:

We are looking for an experienced sales and acquisitions lead manager that can bring in the following expectations and earn more profitability. The more quality buyers and sellers you bring us to close we’re willing to pay in bonus structures and commissions 🙂

 

We currently have hundreds of interested buyers and seller leads in our CRM and on spreadsheets and text blast that need to be qualified over a phone call. You will have team leaders guiding you through the process and consulting with you to answer any questions.

 

We are looking for a professional that understands how to communicate with sellers and buyers,and know how to build relationships over the phone, social media and text platforms, and gather key information to locate properties the buyers need.

 

Expectations:

 

•The Sales manager must have experience qualifying buyer and seller leads and off-market sellers.

 

•Must be extremely professional, as well as a phenomenal communicator over the phone and text. We are NOT looking for a person who asks basic scripted questions but understands how to make their clients feel heard and serve them to the best of their ability.

 

•Must have knowledge of the basic functions of a CRM and how to use a Digital calendar (Google Calendar etc) for data and client management and scheduling for follow-up calls and closing calls. (Chime, Lofty, Ring Central, Mojo, etc).
