Real Estate and Financial Markets Writer

Are you an EXPERT writer?  Are knowledgeable about (or have an interest in) Financial Markets and Real Estate?   If so, then keep reading!  

We are seeking an expert writer for the creation of UNIQUE content about real estate for a new website. We are specifically seeking a professional who speaks and writes fluent English, and can articulate concepts about real estate and financial markets (indexes, averages, and rates).
  
REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

ABSOLUTELY NO PLAGIARISM OR ARTICLE SPINNING ALLOWED! You can use references, but EVERYTHING must be in your own words.
Candidates must speak and write fluent English.  Each submission should demonstrate a strong command over grammar, vocabulary and the English language.
Comprehension of financial subject matter is required.  Experience writing about real estate and finance topics is a PLUS and preference will be given to these candidates.
Please provide a flat fee for twenty (20) articles that will be between 1,000 – 2,000 words. 

Responses that do not follow these guidelines will not be considered.
