Sales & Marketing Call Centers / Telemarketing

We are looking for a friendly, professional, English-speaking caller to help us contact local businesses in the United States.

This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.

Our company helps local businesses turn their customer reviews into short video ads that can appear on YouTube when people are watching from television screens in their local area.

This is not aggressive sales or hard closing.

Your job will be to call local businesses, mention one of their positive customer reviews, verify that it sounds like their business, and ask if they would like to see a free sample of what their review ad could look like.

The conversation is friendly, simple, and permission-based.

Example idea:

“We came across one of your customer reviews and thought it was really strong. We help local businesses turn reviews like that into short YouTube TV-style ads that can be shown to people in your local area. Would you be open to seeing a sample?”

Work Schedule:

  • 5 hours per day

  • Monday through Friday

  • Approximately 20 calls per hour

  • Around 100 call attempts per day

  • Long-term work available if performance is strong

Starting pay:

  • $4 per hour (can be negotiated after 2 week performance review)

  • 25 hours per week

Bonuses may be available later for strong performance, booked calls, and qualified interested leads.

You will be responsible for:

  • Calling local businesses in the United States

  • Reading a short review-based call script

  • Asking for the owner, manager, or marketing decision maker

  • Mentioning a real customer review from the lead sheet

  • Asking if they would like to see a free sample review ad

  • Collecting the correct email or callback information

  • Updating the call tracking sheet after every call

  • Recording call outcomes clearly

  • Leaving short notes after every call

  • Following the script while sounding natural and friendly

We will provide:

  • A Google Sheet with business leads

  • Business name

  • Phone number

  • City/state

  • Review snippet

  • Call script

  • Objection responses

  • Call tracking sheet

  • Email account if needed

  • Calling instructions

  • Daily support and feedback

You must have:

  • Strong spoken English

  • Clear and friendly phone voice

  • Reliable internet connection

  • Quiet work environment

  • Experience with outbound calls, appointment setting, customer service, or telemarketing

  • Ability to follow a script while sounding natural

  • Ability to take good notes

  • Ability to work 5 hours per day consistently

  • Comfortable calling U.S. businesses

The ideal person is:

  • Warm and professional

  • Patient and polite

  • Not pushy

  • Good at listening

  • Comfortable speaking with receptionists, managers, and business owners

  • Organized with notes and follow-up

  • Able to learn quickly

  • Interested in long-term work

*Important

This is not a high-pressure sales job.

The goal is not to force anyone to buy.

The goal is to create curiosity and ask if the business would like to see a free sample ad using one of their customer reviews.

A successful call may result in:

  • Business requests more information

  • Business gives email

  • Business asks for a callback

  • Business agrees to see a sample ad

  • Business books a follow-up call

Daily Reporting: At the end of each day, you will provide:

  • Total calls made

  • Number of people reached

  • Number of interested businesses

  • Number of emails collected

  • Number of callbacks requested

  • Number of sample ad requests

  • Common objections

  • Notes on what worked

To Apply, please reply with:

  1. Your outbound calling experience

  2. Your English-speaking experience

  3. Your internet/work setup

  4. Your availability in U.S. time zones

  5. A short voice recording introducing yourself

  6. Why you think you would be a good fit for this role

Please start your application with the words:
