Overview


Seeking a developer (or development team) to create a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed specifically for executive assistants (EAs). The platform will empower EAs by providing tools and resources that enhance productivity, including a prompt database, document template library, VBA script library, a community forum, and exclusive access to recorded Zoom meetings and/or decks from weekly EA training sessions.


Project Scope


    1.    Core Features:

    •    Prompt Database:

    •    Categorized prompts (e.g., Career, Meetings, Events, Project Management).

    •    Search and filtering functionality.

    •    User favorites for quick access.

    •    Document Template Library:

    •    Preloaded templates categorized similarly to prompts.

    •    Ability for users to upload and organize their own templates.

    •    Templates compatible with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, OneNote, Excel and PDF.

    •    VBA Script Library: (I provide)

    •    Preloaded, categorized VBA scripts for EA-specific tasks (e.g., calendar audits, data analysis, task automation).

    •    Secure script downloads with licensing tied to subscription tiers

    •    Detailed documentation for each script, including usage instructions and customization options. I’ll provide this.

    •    Community Forum:

    •    A discussion board where EAs can share tips, ask questions, and collaborate.

    •    Categories aligned with the platform’s features (e.g., prompts, templates, scripts).

    •    Admin moderation tools for managing forum activity.

    •    Access to Zoom Sessions and Decks:

    •    Weekly Zoom meetings are free for all users.

    2.    User Dashboard:

    •    Centralized hub for managing saved prompts, templates, and scripts.
