The app should be built using React Native or Flutter for compatibility with Android and iOS.

The app requires more than 260 sleep sounds (provided by you) that users can mix and save, a sleep tracker using device sensors and Ai to detect sounds, record clips, and display graphs of sleep stages, durations, and types, plus a full admin panel for content management.
The design should be high-quality with a polished interface and smooth user experience. Code must follow best practices, perform efficiently, and meet security and scalability standards.

Budget is capped at $1,500, paid in one milestone upon completion.
Live 24/7 staging hosting is required during development (not local or limited-access setups). Final deployment will be to a client-provided hosting account. Ongoing APK and admin panel updates must be supplied for review, with continuous testing.
