• Previous experience/understanding of Mobile Device Management projects and configurations (would be definite asset)
• Experience with Customer Service
• Experience running and writing SQL queries (Helpful but not mandatory)
• Experience with desktop and mobile Operating systems (Android, iOS, Windows etc…)
• Experience using and configuring Mobile Devices
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and keen attention to detail
• Able to follow defined processes exactly as documented and to create documentation
• Strong customer service skills
