Mission: Recruit HVAC professionals & end-users for a 60-min video interview on smart HVAC usability.
### VA Responsibilities
✅ Targeted Sourcing
- Identify & screen candidates via 2-min Google Form ([Link](🔗 https://forms.gle/nsH9jvhPxR8JQusAA).
- Outreach channels: LinkedIn, HVAC trade forums (e.g., HVAC-Talk.com), local installer directories.
✅ Quality Control
- Verify candidate eligibility (e.g., Honeywell users must provide device photos).
### Candidate Profiles Needed (Deadline: May 22)

### Ideal VA Skills

### Budget & Terms
- Total Budget: $210 (flexible for exceptional candidates)
**Payment Structure (Per Candidate):**
1. **Phase 1 - Qualification Approval ($15)**
- Released when:
✅ Candidate completes the 2-minute screener form
✅ Your team verifies eligibility (e.g., Honeywell user proof)
✅ Candidate is scheduled for interview
2. **Phase 2 - Interview Completion ($15)**
- Released when:
✅ Candidate attends the 60-minute video interview
✅ Interview is marked "valid" by XIFA team
3. **Quality Control:**
-After Phase 1 payment, if candidate does not attend the interview:
-VA needs to provide alternative candidates within 48 hours, otherwise $15 will be refunded
-Three invalid candidates will terminate the cooperation
**Notes:**
- Payments processed within 24 hours of milestone completion.
- Maximum $30 per qualified & interviewed candidate.
- Unqualified candidates will not trigger Phase 1 payment.
- Workflow: Daily progress reports via Guru Messages
