Edge Focus is seeking a tech-savvy Virtual Executive Assistant to work on a part-time basis supporting the executive team. The Virtual Assistant must have great attention to detail and be a highly motivated individual who possesses professionalism, strong ethics, and sincerity in supporting the organization in all ways. You will be working approximately 20 - 30 hours per week from 9 am to 5 pm EST (U.S. hours). Please note, working hours may increase as the position evolves.
Position Location - This role is 100% remote
Time Zone Requirements - This team operates on CST and EST time zones (U.S. hours)
Strategic management of multiple executive-level calendars, including organizing meetings and associated logistics, and other ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisor
Save invoices & statements to corresponding vendor/platform folders
Assist with monthly reconciliation of billing statements via QuickBooks
Make occasional travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, and reservations
Organize and maintain files
Effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, anticipate needs, and multitask across many assignments & projects as assigned by supervisor
Take meeting notes and assist in following up with action items
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Adhere to company policies and procedures
