Vmware Vcenter Recovery - Repair restore

Hi Everyone 

I need a pro in Vmware VMs to help me put my broken VM together. I got a message this morning that Vcenter attempted to migrate the server but now can't find the vmdk file (all other files are there). 

I've rebuild the server but do still need some data. Online and able to help?
