Looking for someone who knows how to work with Twillio and Whatsapp at the same time.
- from our helpdesk portal - customer generates a ticket and an email goes out with details. an SMS via Twillio should go via Whatsapp to all support admins that a ticket was opened so they can look at the ticket and allocate to an agent to work on it
- from our portal, customer will send a whatsapp message - so using twillio will have that relayed over to the support admins on their whatsapp
- support admins when they respond via whatsapp, if customers are using whatsapp it will go to their whatsapp else it will go to their phone SMS
