I managed a portfolio of over 20 clients and up to a value of $2 million in establishing, maintaining and developing working relationships. I can work closely with Sales Director to prospect, pitch & close new business, Perform Advance Thinking & Data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities, • Promote & Sell additional applications/services to clients with latest Products/ Features and advice upgrades • Schedule status calls weekly with business users or decision makers to discuss on-going issues & ensure teams respond promptly to queries & promises are kept • Liaison relevant teams for timely resolution reported issues with Product/ Workflow over Web meeting • Connect with key persons time to time and guarantee service level, get their feedback often to enhance quality of service • Help C level to understand Product features and show value of digital solution for business growth • Schedule cold calls to new/existing customers and bridge sales team in case of sales lead • Conduct knowledge sharing session with business users to help understand deployed workflows • Gather insight of Industry trends and needs of clients to help Product owners in defining Product Road map or consider future features • Help marketing team in defining promotion strategies by studying/evaluating Industry trends and target customers • Analyze & Interpret sales data to identify unexpected patterns and trends • Mentor Account Executives and help them to cultivate Enterprise accounts from customer list
