While with the Alaska Court System I developed computer based versions of all civil/small claims forms to allow for a more professional, accurate and efficent preparation of court documents. I also designed an improved bookkeeping system for the courthouse. In my current position I was tasked to developed the "Policies and Procedures" manual for all employees. This manual has been adopted by the human resource department in its entirety. Thoughout my career, I have been in positions that required a great deal of written communication, both within the organization and with the public at large. These experiences have allowed me to perfect my skills and provide an uncommon level of service.
