A multi-tiered human resources campaign launched and supported over a three-year period with multiple components, including a calendar, direct mail program, newsletter, and promotional items. I created and maintained consistent communications systems across all pieces - including color, typography, and iconography. I approached the project from a long-term perspective and was able to create templates to allow for expansion in response to client feedback, while ensuring that standards were maintained.
An employee publication for a very large national company, which was to inform as well as incentivize. The "magazine" format was to include company news, employee stories, sales "training" modules, contests, puzzles, etc. The piece began as a monthly, and was accelerated to a bi-monthly to ensure more timely information.
