I am a BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordinator with Architectural Engineering Background. I have worked on 40+ construction projects and Permit drawings in different categories (Residential, Commercial, Educational, and Amusement).

Also, I've worked with multiple engineering firms which working on different stages of construction (Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Production & Engineering including BIM workflow, and Site Execution). As a result, I am familiar with the whole construction process from sketching to project handover.

I assist clients in building their dream homes/buildings by providing them with creative design solutions. This may include studying their psychology and needs, collecting ideas and presenting them through mood boards, and translating selective ideas into a functional and aesthetic design.
