Interacting directly with customers for providing complete and comprehensive solutions of their IT requirements Contacting vendors & manufacturers (IBM, HP, Microsoft, Cisco etc.) directly to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled in the best possible way. Constantly hunting all the new Business Opportunities. Entering all the opportunities and leads in CRM, also submit them to deal reg. team, tracking the submitted opportunities and log the win/loss data for future analysis.
