2005 Finance / Bank Project Governance / Operational Readiness Outsourcing of IT infrastructure and services Germany, England ongoing - Ensuring the operational readiness of the business units prior to and during the migration weekends (1.400 applications; Mainframes, Midrange and Tandem) - Work with PMO management and the CIOs to develop and execute detailed migration plans required to support weekend application / product migrations to new data centres - Planning and management of operational risk mitigation activities (e.g. dress-rehearsals / test plans / fall-back plans) - Planning (with CIOs) toward and ensuring all milestones are met - Preparing and presenting status reporting - Liaison with CIOs and business units to ensure fully approved and authorised support and testing resource & functionality is available - Management of crisis situations including planning and implementation of fall-back scenarios - Act as escalation point for CIOs and bus iness units.
