Roger can succesfully coach and mentor sales people in small groups of 7 to 10 people through the teleclass model that he learned from Micheal Losier who trained all of IBM's coaches in the model. IBM now uses this teaching process becasue it saves money on travel expenses and down time from work. Roger has used this model to coach sales people all over the USA and as far away as England.

Class Topics and What You Will Learn
1. Sandler's Model - In this class the student will learn the prospect's unconscious strategy for making a purchase decision when there is no trust established with the sales person. This class also introduces to the student a model for interrupting the prospect's pattern for the purpose of gaining control of the sales process. The intent is to help the prospect get what they want, while at the same time allowing the sales person to get what they want.
