1) Realtor.com (aka Homestore/Move.com) assigned me Product Director of a $750K `pre-paid' project-in-development involving an external vendor (previously managed internally by senior company executives). After analyzing the numerous P & Ls involved with the project against pre-stated line-item product specifications and requirements, I identified critical yet absent product components which resulted in +$600,000 vendor refunds due to the company as well as significant product modifications/revisions/additions at no additional fee.
