Besides stepping in as an external resource and sounding board, I try to add value to my clients' projects by helping them fine-tune their vision and business objectives, manage proof-of-concept activities, and understand customers and targeted marketplaces more clearly. In addition, I also often provide tactical support to assemble qualified management teams and address issues in connection with the new venture’s capital structure.
It goes without saying that I don’t use or work with cookie cutters or boilerplate templates. Doing so is a complete waste of time and money for everybody who is involved. I am also not available to work on budgets of “$250 or less” although I will consider incentive compensation.
