My career can be defined in one word: Fixer. It's not an elegant description, but it's accurate. Throughout my career, I have been given responsibility for fixing non-performing teams or those organizations with little or no process development and I've turned them into best in class within the respective industries. I have the ability to work cross functionally, bringing in the best team members in order to understand, perform root cause analysis, project improvements, implement and monitor or manage challenges. I also take responsibility for deliverables, sharing information both horizontally and vertically in order to achieve desired results.
