My professional interests and expertise span a variety of organizational strategy and management issues including business plan composition, board governance and supply chain management. Currently, I'm the Director of Sales and Customer Service Manager at Peace Coffee based in Minneapolis, MN. I was recruited to lead Peace Coffee's expansion into retail. In this role I composed a business plan for the new venture, secured funding and supervised the construction/design and hiring/training of the flagship coffee shop. I co-founded Higher Grounds Trading Co., Michigan's only coffee company offering exclusively organic and fair trade coffees, after living in Chiapas Mexico in 2001 and 2002.
