I am an experienced entrepreneur and
business leader, having launched two businesses and led or held a
management position in three early stage companies. I have ten years
experience managing teams, one of which was a cross-cultural and
multi-cultural team, along with my four years being self employed.
About ten years ago I asked myself what
areas of expertise are particularly important for someone who is
leading a growing, innovative company. What does it take to lead a
company well? Since that time I've focused on developing in these
areas, which I consider critically important: leadership and
management, strategic / business planning, marketing, project
management, and financial analysis.
These are things that I believe I
in organizations, particularly new things.
