Simply brilliant. Best worker I have ever hired, hands down. This guy is motivated to do the job right and do it quickly. Polite, respectful and not only gifted technically, but just as effective with his communication to me. He went out of his way numerous times in order to bring me up to speed with his plan and why he was approaching it the way that he was. I am not even going to give him the opportunity to bid on other employers' projects, at the moment. I have never done this before, but I am just going to offer him another project, now.
