I am experienced in 3D CAD and have designed and taken to manufacture piece parts and multi-piece assemblies (up to 4000 components). I have experience in designing injection molded components, cast parts, welded assemblies, vacuum formed and pressure formed parts. I have successfully performed structural analysis on small parts and large assemblies. I have written a "Best Practices" document for 3D solid modeling and can provide clean, robust models that can be successfully prototyped, imported into CAM or analysis programs. I can generate 2D drawings of all designs and can provide input on Geometric Tolerancing or provide tolerance stack-up analysis. I have managed several large projects to completion, one of which was the building of my own house.
