I am a qualified graphic designer and worked as a cake decorator before. I know how to sculpt marzipan, fondant and many other edible materials. Mostly I created characters from photos or screencaps from cartoons. I used gel and powder food paint on many different surfaces. The great thing about marzipan is, that it's fresh and edible for 1-2 months, so shipping and time will be no problem with them.
