• CAD: Pro/E, Creo, Catia, Solidworks, AutoCAD. • CAE: Ansys, FEA, Promechanica, Hypermesh, MathCAD. • Hands-on experience in working with PDM/PLM systems like Wind-chill and Intralink • Knowledge of Manufacturing & Assembly processes, like Fabrication, Machining, Casting and Molding. • Design and development of mechanical component with knowledge of DFM and DFA. • Pro/E special modules like Pro/Cabling and Hydraulics circuit design using Automation. • Design/ Quality Standards, Norms, Codes like ACE (OTIS), EN, IS, UL, IEC, TUV, ISO/TS 16949, RoHS, ASME • Familiar with GD & T and Tolerance stack up analysis • Root cause analysis using tools FMEA, RRCA, 5Whys, Fishbone diagram, Mistake proof. • Prototyping for new product development and support for Jigs and Fixtures. • Involving in VSM, Value Engineering, Kaizen, 3P, Bench Marking, Standard Work, TEMP and SIPOC. • Knowledge of Heat/Surface treatment processes • Involving Product Environment tests, Reliability tests.
