My unique combination of I-O and HR experience position me to improve the performance of both individuals and organizations. My academic and professional experience afford me the ability to relate to both scientists and practitioners, and I am equally comfortable interfacing with individual-level contributors (e.g., entry-level employees, supervisors, etc.), mid-level managers, and C-level executives/officers alike. My extensive experience and education cover a wide variety of I-O and HR areas.My client list includes a variety of small to mid-size organizations across the US. I like to build relationships with my clients, and so almost all of my previous clients have relied on my professional consulting services time and time again. I work hard to make sure every detail is covered, client expectations (e.g., quality, timeline, etc.) are met and/or exceeded, and that each client is satisfied with the work I provide.
