- Well versed in bookkeeping - Prepare bank reconciliation statement - Record payroll transactions, statutory deductions and allowances - Analyze and record cash remittances and disbursements - Book keep and reconcile customers account, suppliers account, advances to owners, prepayments, insurance transactions and similar others - Account and analyze investment portfolio ( held to maturity investments, available for sale, and others ) - Reconcile listing of property plant and equipment to its general ledger and update and calculate depreciation - Record and summarize bank loans and other payable transactions - Prepare balance sheet, income statement, owner's equity and cash flow statement - Consolidate financial statements of multiple entities - Perform financial audit reviews (e.g. substantiate supporting document to internal records, review of internal processes such as timely preparation of bank recon, and minimum compliance of accounting standards) - Analyze financial statement reports ( e.g. computes turnover ratios, cost and buy analysis, budgeting, cost accounting, etc.)
