Criminal Law- I possess the ability to research law, prepare appropriate pleadings, maintain proper correspondence between the Court, States Attorney's office and attorneys. Dictation as needed. Civil Law - I am able to prepare pleadings, meet and interview clients, correspond with all parties involved. Research necessary law. Dictation as needed Workers' Compensation - I am able to handle Workers' Compensation from intake to end. My prior employment I interviewed clients, prepared and filed the claim, maintained medical records, obtained all necessary documents to make our claim and reviewed the claim for value. Settled and or stipulated claims, if possible, if not, prepared the case for hearing.
