Provided learner support, learning sessions, coaching, feedback to agents. Support and partner with Operations to transition agents from training to the production environment, ensuring competency levels are met. Assist in driving metrics of the team, monitor performance and quality scores of the team and take production and escalated calls, supervise the team in the absence of the team leader/manager. Monitor closure of service levels regularly.
