I have an extended experience of customer service, distribution and admin related job. I have worked at Robi Axiata Ltd for almost eleven years. I have performed as center manager in different customer care centers which cover direct customer service, customer retention through different loyalty programs, distribution of different products for certain area with SAP platform and also some operational and administrative and supervising role for smooth operation of customer care centers.
