I've been part of the BPO (Call Center) industry for more than 5 years. The years I spent in being a consultant gave me the knowledge on how to provide excellent customer service through all platforms; which are: via phone, chat, email, and setting up a remote session through Bomgar and Teamviewer. I also have a keen eye for detail, having this ability can increase your productivity on a daily basis and reduce the daily workload eventually.
I will ensure that every knowledge and experience I gained from my previous job is going to be utilized, fully. As for my work ethics, I am possessing a positive attitude, versatile, hardworking, and most important is being honest.
